Acheiving the Ultimate Fit
Before we can begin work on a custom order received by phone
or email, we must acquire your measurements. Measuring is
the most important part -- as the fit achieved is only as
good as the measurements provided. We suggest getting a friend
to help you take your measurements--chances are you will find
it much easier! If you have any questions that are not answered
on the measuring diagram received with your materials, then
call us and we can help you through the measurement process.
Once you have all the measurements, mail or fax them to us.

Payment Arrangements
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover
cards, as well as checks and money orders. Upon placement
of your final order, we require a deposit of 40%, payable
by credit card, check or money order. Orders typically are
completed within 4-6 weeks and the balance of your order is
due upon completion. If a credit card was used to pay the
deposit, that same card will be bill for the balance upon
completion. Items where the balance will be paid by check
or money order will be shipped UPS COD.
Return Policies
Web or Store Purchase
Items purchased from the web site may be returned within 10
days if you are not satisfied with your purchase.
Custom Orders
If you are not satisfied with the fit of your garment and
the garment is made to the specifications that were provided,
we will make the necessary alterations to correct the fit.
However, there are no refunds or exchanges on custom orders.
** NOTE: All design sketches are the
property of Jean's Custom Show Fashions and may not be used
to solicit fabrication by other custom clothiers.
