Placing an Order

To order something that you've seen on this site, simply call us at 336-374-4347 and we'll ship it right out. If you'd like to have something custom made especially for you, the best way is to visit Jean personally at one her upcoming shows. That way we can go over everything in person, perhaps show you some samples and take your measurements personally. Or if you're in the vacinity, you can visit our shop just outside Mt. Airy North Carolina.

If visiting us at a show does not fit into your time frame, you may also contact us by telephone at 336-374-4347 and we can discuss whether or not you already have an idea about the design you would like, or if you are looking for something new and original. We prefer not to duplicate the designs of others, but are glad to use any pictures or sketches you may have as a starting point for a custom design made especially for you.

Once we know what you're looking for, we will prepare sketches** and send them to you along with swatches of the fabrics in the colors that we've discussed. We will also include a measuring diagram that you will need to collect the specific measurements we will need to complete your order. Review these materials, make your decisions, and call to place your final order. Or, ir you prefer, you can mark your selections and return them to us via mail. It's that simple.

Acheiving the Ultimate Fit

Before we can begin work on a custom order received by phone or email, we must acquire your measurements. Measuring is the most important part -- as the fit achieved is only as good as the measurements provided. We suggest getting a friend to help you take your measurements--chances are you will find it much easier! If you have any questions that are not answered on the measuring diagram received with your materials, then call us and we can help you through the measurement process. Payment Arrangements

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover cards, as well as checks and money orders. Upon placement of your final order, we require a deposit of 40%, payable by credit card, check or money order. Orders typically are completed within 4-6 weeks and the balance of your order is due upon completion. If a credit card was used to pay the deposit, that same card will be bill for the balance upon completion. Items where the balance will be paid by check or money order will be shipped UPS COD.

Return Policies

Web or Store Purchase
Items purchased from the web site may be returned within 10 days if you are not satisfied with your purchase.

Custom Orders
If you are not satisfied with the fit of your garment and the garment is made to the specifications that were provided, we will make the necessary alterations to correct the fit. However, there are no refunds or exchanges on custom orders.
